Alongside all Professional Member benefits and lasting founding recognition, we plan dedicated scientific conversations for the founding cohort and advance invitations to selected Society gatherings as our programs develop.
Founding membership is available until the inaugural Society meeting in 2027. Date to be announced. Participation in founding programs requires an active Founding membership. Public recognition is optional.

Tell us about your role and connection to frontier medicine. Trainees include their program and expected completion date; military and first responder applicants include their current role and service or organization; organizations include their website and proposed representatives’ roles.

Opens the Society’s Google Form. No Google account is required. Your information is kept in the Society’s private register.
Applications are open. Accepted paid applicants receive a secure Stripe payment link. Submitting the form does not charge you or activate membership.
Who can join?
Professionals and trainees with a relevant connection to medicine, science, technology or education and an interest in the Society’s mission. PhDs, researchers, engineers, industry professionals, military personnel and first responders are welcome alongside clinicians. Applications receive a short eligibility review.
What does membership include?
Participation in the developing Society, opportunities to share expertise and educational priorities, and optional Society updates. Founding Members also receive lasting inaugural recognition, with dedicated scientific conversations and advance invitations to selected Society gatherings planned as programs develop. Industry Members receive three named Professional memberships and an optional organization listing. Public educational work remains accessible under the Society’s program plan.
What does Founding Member mean?
Founding membership is available until the inaugural Society meeting in 2027. Date to be announced. The designation remains after a lapse or a change of membership category; participation in founding programs requires an active Founding membership. We plan at least one founding-cohort scientific discussion during each member’s first 12-month term, with dates announced as organized. A public listing is optional. The designation conveys no ownership, voting or governance rights.
Who qualifies for free military and first responder membership?
Currently serving military personnel, including active duty, Reserve and National Guard, and current first responders, including emergency medical services, fire and law enforcement personnel. Paid and volunteer roles qualify. Eligibility is confirmed during application review and annually thereafter. Former service or retired status alone does not qualify.
How do payment and renewal work?
Payment follows acceptance. Paid membership activates after successful payment and lasts 12 months. There is no automatic renewal. Eligible trainees, currently serving military personnel and current first responders join free after review, confirm eligibility annually and are never automatically converted to a paid tier.
Is membership a donation?
Membership dues and voluntary donations are separate. Dues are not represented as pure charitable gifts. The Society’s application for federal recognition under section 501(c)(3) is pending; no tax deduction is guaranteed.
